(As-Swaffaath) 37 : 71
وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ أَكْثَرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
And surely most of their forefathers before were strayed.
As explained in verse 4: 118, among the people of all the Messengers, 999 out of every thousand were astray. Since Adhikr is formed as a Splendid Book, as mentioned in verse 41: 41, the hypocrites and their blind followers who have made their sustenance by rejecting Adhikr will be dragged prone on their faces to Hell, they are in the worst place and the most astray, as mentioned in verses 25: 33-34.
